Who's behind it.

We’re Jacqui and Del, and our family has called Longmont home for nearly 15 years. Community is at the heart of our lives, and we wanted to create something special for the place we call home. Inspired by Del’s Swedish roots and Jacqui’s vision for a more inclusive sauna culture, Ånga is a place with less bro culture and more community. A welcoming space for everyone to enjoy wood-fired sauna, cold plunges, and a new winter ritual built around connection, warmth, and well-being.

See you on the bench. Del and Jacqui
